The ZP3 is the ideal control panel for one, two or four loop systems, supporting up to 508 input devices. The ZP3 is reliable, easy to use.

The standard ZP3 panel can be networked with up to 32 panels and over 16000 input devices on a single system.

All Ziton Control Panels comply with European standard EN54 and are independently certified by LPCB and other certification bodies.

The ZP3 can be seamlessly integrated with ZR Radio Detection equipment.

The ZP3 control panel is the heart of most Ziton systems and it is packed with features, which keep false alarms to a minimum:

• Pre Alarm warns you if a detector is approaching an alarm condition because of the accumulation of dirt or the background environment.
• Alarm Verification filters transient alarms that may be caused by tobacco smoke or radio interference.
• Alarm confirmation compares the output of more than one detector.
• The Day Night facility delays the output of certain devices at certain times of day.
• Duet Sensors with Thermal and Smoke sensing elements, used together or independently or combined with the above for difficult environments.

The ZP Analogue Addressable system has an extensive range of Input/Output Devices:

• To monitor conventional detection circuits.
• To monitor and control conventional sounder circuits.
• To communicate with building services.
• To interface seamlessly with tenants fire alarm systems.

The ZP system can be used to provide complex evacuation patterns with no cost penalty, such as Phased Evacuation and Sectored Sounding using:

• The ZP3 sophisticated software with
• Addressable Loop Powered Sounders,
• High Power Addressable Sounders and
• Addressable Conventional sounder drivers.

A standard feature of the ZP3 panel is Peer to Peer networking:

• Each building can have a separate panel with whole site reporting at each panel.
• Installing a number of panels around a site, rather than one big one can reduce the cost of installing a large system by reducing the amount of cross site wiring and so reduces the cost.
• This also improves reliability over a master and repeater system, as the panels will continue to operate even if the cable between them is damaged.

The ZP3 was designed to communicate with other suppliers equipment using "open Protocols" and comes ready equipped to:

• Interface with PC Graphics for better indication and control
• Interface with PC Building Management System for improved shutdown and ventilation control
• Signal to radio-pagers and other alarm signaling systems

In places where wiring is difficult or impossible the ZP system can be extended with ZR400 radio equipment:

• Radio Input and Output Devices for those hard to get at places
• Radio Linked Panels for those hard to get at buildings

Commissioning, Servicing and fault finding are made simple. The system has:

• Monitoring of all field wiring for open and short circuit faults and data corruption
